Syntix1. Terms of Service
By accessing or using any services provided by Syntix, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
- Service Provision: Syntix provides digital infrastructure, including but not limited to VPS hosting, dedicated nodes, and fiber connectivity.
- Uptime: We target a 99.9% uptime. Syntix is not liable for data loss; customers are responsible for their own off-site backups.
- Billing: Services are pre-paid. Failure to settle invoices by the due date will result in automated suspension.
- Abuse: Any account found conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, or illegal activities will be terminated immediately without refund.
2. Privacy Policy (UK GDPR)
Syntix is committed to protecting your data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
- Data Collection: We collect names, emails, and IP addresses solely for billing, security, and support purposes.
- Law Enforcement: In compliance with the Investigatory Powers Act, we may be required to share logs with UK authorities upon receipt of a valid legal warrant.
- Third Parties: We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data is only shared with essential payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Customers may cancel services via the client portal. Due to the nature of digital infrastructure, Dedicated Server setup fees and IP address allocations are non-refundable. VPS services carry a 14-day "fair-reason" refund window for new customers only.
